By accessing the sfruniversity.com website, and/or buying any products from Andrew Glisson LLC (dba SFR University) hereafter referred to as SFRU, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use and any applicable regulations and laws.

NOT AGREEING WITH THESE TERMS WILL PROHIBIT YOU FROM ACCESSING THE WEBSITE OR BUYING ANY PRODUCTS THEREIN.

2. Grant of License

You are granted permission to download materials on the SFRU website for personal, non-commercial use only. This permission is NOT a transfer of title. With this permission, you may not:

• Use the materials/information commercially, or for ANY public display

MOREOVER, THE SERVICES TRAINING AND PRODUCTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO MAKE YOU MONEY.

Any claim relating to the SFRU, its related entities’ website or any other SFRU products and services, or relating in any way to these Terms of Use shall be governed exclusively by the laws, venue and Jurisdiction of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any action, claim, dispute, lawsuit or legal proceeding of any kind shall be commenced and shall proceed exclusively in the appropriate court located in Shelby County, Tennessee.

10. Relationship of Parties

It is understood by you that you are a Customer or Licensee only. SFRU will not provide any fringe benefits, insurance, vacation or otherwise upon your becoming a member. Any and all of your family, staff employees and associates shall be bound to the same terms as you under this agreement.

11. Consent

Upon purchasing a course from SFRU, you consent to receive emails about content updates, promotions, and various other newsletters. We do not sell or rent your information.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between SFRU and you with respect to the subject matter hereof and any representations, promises or agreements (whether oral or in writing) in connection therewith not incorporated herein shall not be binding upon either party. These Terms of Use supersede all prior undertakings, representations, negotiations, promises and agreements (whether written or oral) relating to the subject matter hereof.
